Here, we’ll delve into the two different forms of happiness and how to cultivate the truly good stuff, even (especially!) now.

Why is this paid only?

The work I do as The Happyist is very focused and direct. Think of the posts as 1:1 sessions. This is where we get together to cultivate our happiness, not just shoot the sh!t.

Additionally, there are no ads, sponsors or sponcon here, and you will never ever see a supplement sold here. Ever. It’s just us. Subscriptions support the work. And I thank you for that!

What are the bennies of being here?

I have learned firsthand how beneficial being happy is — mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually. Again, that’s not toxic positivity. It’s not pretending things are great and the world isn’t the world. It’s understanding that being happy is more than one thing. You can be happy and pissed off. You can be happy and frustrated or angry or scared. We can be happy and disappointed, sad and disheartened. It isn’t “good vibes only” garbage (insert barfing emoji here). Being happy requires that you feel all of your feelings. That you honor them. They are teachers, messengers, guides. And, if they are ignored or suppressed, they come out in really unpleasant ways. Just take a look around.

By being happy, we become more resilient, more centered. We become more focused and better able to make decisions. Fear and anger have steered the ship for too long, don’t you think? Let try a different way by being holistically happy.

Let’s get UNSTUCK while we’re at it!

Maybe you’ve done your work. You’ve healed your wounds. And, yet, you find yourself stuck, repeating patterns, living in a not-so-pleasant cycle of making steps forward, only to find yourself falling back. Sound familiar? Been there. It’s more than just mindset needed to break down blocks and get you moving forward in a way that keeps you going forward. We do that work here, too.

You’ve heard of upper-limiting and the need for us to reset our nervous system or unconscious mind, yes? Guess what happiness naturally does! The work you do to be authentically happy addresses those issues. Some additional work may be required, but it’s a great launching point. Happiness also builds confidence and resilience. And who doesn’t want/need that?

One more thing: Happiness leads to success, not the other way around. If you are looking for something from outside of you to make you happy, let me hold your hand while I tell you that you are doing happiness wrong. It’s something you already have. You just need to learn how to nurture it.
